(“the Company”) provides access to the YipeePet Pet Directory website (the “website”) and via Members listings, those members may buy, sell or trade  products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page and the terms, statements and conditions set out in our Trade and Listing Disclaimer.    Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website.    By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service, The Trade & Listing Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy Statement all of which are easily accessible from YipeePet.com & YipeePet.Pet.

     without limitation, items, animals or services which are prohibited or 'regulated' by law without licence
